The clinic and the agency

A fertility process involves medical attention, personal questions, and sometimes legal decisions and travel. Our team helps coordinate these stages and maintain communication among those involved.

Your consultant knows your story and can guide you on whom to consult when a question arises.

How we work

These are some of the care aspects that are part of our work. You can ask how they apply to your treatment.

  • Sample identification.

Oocytes, sperm, and embryos are identified and recorded during handling. This traceability allows the team to consult what happened at each stage and explain the information about your process.

  • Verification by two professionals.

During sample movements, two lab personnel verify the identification. This control is part of the safety measures of the process.

  • Everything in writing before starting

The quotation and contract describe the included services, those quoted separately, and the conditions for different outcomes. You can review them with the team and ask for clarification on any point before signing.

  • Each party has its own legal counsel

The gestational mother has independent legal advice. It is important that she understands the agreements, expresses her questions, and freely decides whether to participate.

  • Information to decide in advance.

The informed consent outlines the procedure, its risks, and alternatives. You can read it carefully and discuss any clarifications with the team before making a decision.

  • What we publish is signed and dated

The educational content identifies its authors and shows the review date. This information helps you know who prepared it and when it was reviewed.

Fertility Dreams is monitored by the Ministry of Health.

Meet the team

Care that we want to share with you.

  • Understanding the possibilities and limits

Medical assessment and legal review help determine if an option may be suitable for you. If a difficulty or limitation arises, we want you to understand it and discuss alternatives before proceeding.

  • Understanding the numbers in context

Outcome figures need context: the source, date, group of people, and what result was measured. You can request that information and discuss what it allows you to understand about your situation.

  • Alliance with the Foundation Women for a Dream

We have a strong collaborative alliance with the Foundation Women for a Dream, which works with single mothers.

What they usually ask us

  • We are both a clinic and an agency. The treatment is carried out with our laboratory and medical team. The same team coordinates the support for the gestational mother, the agreements, the legal aspects, and the travel. Your consultant knows the entire process and helps you understand each stage.

  • You can request a tour of the facilities and meet the team. If you are not traveling yet, you can ask about the option of a video call tour.

  • Spanish, English, Portuguese, and French. The calls, documents, and support are in the language you choose, and your consultant remains the same throughout the process. Official translations of legal documents are coordinated separately, as they are signed by a sworn translator.

  • You can write to your consultant to guide your question. When a medical or legal response is required, they help you contact the appropriate professional and understand how to continue the conversation.

  • Fertility Dreams is monitored by the Ministry of Health and our laboratory by INVIMA.
